Ask for really choppy layers and choppy bangs. but if you really wannt to be satisfied, i suggest bringing a pic to ur hairdresser.

I would definitely invest in some wax and paste for a haircut like that, and some cute barrettes/hairbands. I would just print out the pictures and bring them in- you pay for the cut, you get what you want!!

definately show your hair stylist the pics. ask for parted or sideswept bangs (whichever one you like) and ask them to cut the hair in choppy layers. If that doesn't work, ask for short layers...they would usually understand and if you want your hair to look softer and thinner, ask for the ends to be thinned.

I know what you mean by bringing the picture and them not cutting it how you want it.

I have a simular hairstyle and asked for it to be choppy, plenty of layers - some shorter than others. Also ask for a side-swept fringe, and a side parting.

I'd invest in a comb and hairspray - for slightly backcombing it, or some wax / hair putty. Also, buy hair-clips, bows and headbands galore, they help you when you can't be bothered to spend a long time doing your hair, and looks really cute.
