Hello, this was i repeat 'was' my hair which i had been growing for 9 months

Could you give me details on my hair? what is it like? what i can do to make it straight thinnen it and make it more long and shiny?

Recently i had a haircut which i wish i didn't as i wanted to keep that hair and grow it even longer?
