HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

ok i have very thick-dry-damaged-frizzy hair!

any tips, suggestions, products you think i should use. or advice. ANYTHING.

its coming to a point when this is gettin very annoying

and sometimes when i step rite out of the shower, then blowdry till its damp- later on it looks dry damaged dull and frizzy. sometimes i use pantene, or paul mitchel. i deep condition my hair more then once every week.WHAT AM I DOING WRONG

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

i dont have thick hair but mine is also dry and damaged. heat products usually cause half the problem. try 2 cut back a little...towel dry your hair as much as possible before u blow dry, and your best bet is getting it 80% dry and letting te rest dry on its own by brushing. deep conditioning can also strip away your hairs protection...once a week is usually sufficient. splurge a little on a really good hair reconstruction set..i use Joico's, made specifially for dry and damaged hair and it was worth it. if all else fails go to a salon and get a hot oil treatment or ask a stylist what the best thing you can do is. good luck :)

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

Could be a diet issue - or maybe you have a lot of split ends. Have you talked to a stylist lately?? You could also try the Sunsilk line - I've heard good things about their products.

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

try redken

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

I think your best bet is to visit your local salon for a good cut, and some solid advice on products etc. They may recommend a serum, or less washing/drying etc - I wash my hair about twice a week ( on advice from my stylist) and its never looked so good!!

Good luck

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

try products that you leave in. Do you put anything on your hair before you blow dry? Do you blow dry is straight or what? Try using hair serums, so it doesn't look all wild like you say it does.

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

I have thick hair as well, and it is naturally wavy. I rarely ever blow dry it. It only drys out your hair doing that. So, stop blow drying and use hot oil treatments instead. They penetrate into your hair better, especially thick full hair. Then I probably would go get a trim, so get rid of the really damaged hair. So, try it and see what happens. It works for me, so you shouldnt have a problem.

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

okay, first try not to use pantene pro-v...it's like candle wax and starts to coat your hair.

my hair is thick, and tends to be on the coarse side with waves if i don't straighten it...

i highly suggest trying Garnier Fructis Shampoo and Conditioner. i have found that, that has made my hair very soft and manageable.

also, after you get out of the shower, i suggest putting a small amount of anti-frizz serum...one of my favorites that smells great too is called Bio-silk anti-frizz serum...don't go overboard on it.

after you put that through your hair, blow dry your hair till it is completely dry...i have found that if i blow dry my hair and leave it a little damp, my hair turns out really frizz and has a bad texture later on...

i then suggest straightening it or using some kind of tool, to smooth it out....

also, sometimes over-conditioning hair can make it feel bad/frizzy....so don't go overboard with the deep conditioning.

so a quick review and a little added on...get a clarifying shampoo (to clean out the product overload)

then garnier fructis shampoo and conditioner,

bio-silk anti-frizz serum

thorough blow dry

and if none of that works, go and talk to a hairstylest....

good luck

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

try using this shampoo and conditioner called catwalk curls rock ....its by the ppl that make bed head ....it works very well and hydrates your hair and wont strip out hair color

HAiR PROBLEM!!!!!?

My hair is frizzy after washing it so I started using Redken smooth glide line-the brown bottles and especially the heat glide helps eliminate the summer's hot weather which would wear ur hair down. When u use the heat glide only two small drops to put over your hair. My hair looks and feels a lot healthier after using Redken.
