I have frequent hair fall and now my hair very thin and dull too....... i need some tips regarding t

One reason for falling hair is due to weather changes, water. Keep your hair nourished regularly by putting coconut oil mixedwith lemon almost 2 times a week. You can do this in night and can have a hair wash next morning. Also do not use very hardshampoos but instead try to use a neutral one, and complete the norishment with the conditioner afterwards. With this routine you will see the hairs becoming stronger and thicker.

You should really talk w/your doctor cause usually that's a sign of something else that's going on with your body. (A lot of people have thyroid problem's and don't know it). So, ask your doctor to do an "TSH" check on you.

To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.Rub oil into the scalp. Wring out a towel in hot water and wrap it on the head. Keep it on for 15 minutes. Shampoo and dry well. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
