Pamper tips?
I wish I knew your skin type so I'd know what to recommened.
A good tip not alot of people know is that when you start using a new product whether it's a face wash, cleanser or anti aging cream, it will take 1month for it to show its true effect because it takes 28days for your skin to renew itself and for the cells being treated at the bottom to surface to the top.
When you use a new product and you get spots a few days later, it isn't a bad product that gave you spots, it's actually drawing out the impurities that were already underneith (they were going to come out eventually), to help clear your skin. Chopping and changing will only imbalance the skin causing more problems.
So pick one of each product you like i.e use the same face wash, moisturiser, mask ect for a month and try keep your skin routing simple.
Use a face wash suitable for all skin types, this will adapt to your changing skin!
Then moisturise with a moisturiser suitable for your skin type i.e oily, dry, combination.
Exfoliate once a week if your under 40 and twice if you're over, and put an anti bacterial cream on any spots you may get, then leave it!
Only put a mask on once a week or every 2 weeks.
I've put a link below of a great face mask, shop around though, you can get it cheaper on other sites.

As for hair, I haven't got as many tips for hair but this leave in hair conditioner is brilliant, this tub has lasted me a year and I love it, it leaves my hair silky, shiny and healthy. Normally you'd use it once a week but if your hair isn't that damaged or dyed then you could use it once a month.
