Hi I need some hair tips I wear my hair natural-I have my hair pressed professionally every two weeks at the salon. I also exercise and would like to know how I can keep my hair to last longer and minimize the effects of the sweat when I exercise?
Should I warp a scarf on my head? Clip it up? Also what should I do after exercise to maintain my hair.
It's very frustarting!
