blow dry ur hair straight and then using big curling iron, curl only the tips. if u want it curlier, then curl the full hair. use curl activator while curling. this gives definate curls. then separate the curls with ur fingers and spray

she uses extensiions. her hair is actually shorter. most extensions can be waved to perfection. you can get some extensions put in like that. or get a big fat iron, and start making waves at the tips of your hair. use hairspray!!! (dont kill the ozone layer thou)

Looks like she used an enormous round brush and a blow dryer to get a bit of curl. She probably wrapped the hair around the brush and pulled the brush through very slowly while drying it. I can't be sure, though, that's just a guess.

to get hair like that you use of of those really huge curling irons....its out there...u just gotta look.....try a beauty salon...anyways....when u get one...dont turn the curler up to your scalp...keep it nice and loose...apply hairspray and u should be good...

No problem.

If you have straight hair, wavy, or curly - straighten it completely. Seperate your hair in to 4 sections, tieing back which ever parts you are not using. Take a curling iron and wrap it to the mid part of your hair. Gently pull back and away from your head, turning the iron so it creates the extra curl. Do this all around your head. Put hairspray in to make sure that the curls stay curly. And your done!!!
