I like it a lot its hot pink do u have any good tips or reveiws from people who actually HAVE one? mine is hot pink from ULTA I have burned myself twice any good hair ideas tips???

They are awesome but be very careful with them, don't go too slow when you are straightening because they will burn your hair out. Use the Chi Silk Infusion (JC Penney Salon has it) on hair before you use the iron, keeps your hair from burning. I put a tiny tiny amount on my hair then by the time I do makeup or whatever it is dry and I flat iron it. Perfect. Chi also makes Infrared Shampoo/Conditioner and a leave in conditioner and treatment that are all very very good at keeping your hair healthy while you use it.
