use protectant and don't straighten your hair every day! make it like three times a week... wear your hair naturally, it'll look fine, put some gel in it, scrunch it anything!

I agree with the first answer, get your ends trimmed or maybe even get a hair cut (about 1 1/2"). Getting it trimmed/cut every 6-8 weeks will help keep you from getting split ends and keep them from getting worse. Using a good heat protectant will really help, I personally reccomend TRESemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Protectant Spary. Reducing how often you straighten will help. You should also use a good moisturizing shampoo and codntioner and a deep condtioner in place of your regular conditioner once a week or every other week. I pretty much said the same thing as the first person but whatever. =)

You are supposed to cut those off don't cut too much just give your hair a little trim. don't straighten your hair every day. You should straighten it every other day or every third day. don't forget to wash, condition, and put some moisturizer in your hair before you straighten it
