My Hairstylist usually charge form $40 to $70, then another person in the salon whom massage and wash my hair. How much tip I should give to each of them? if they charge $70, is $10 enough for the hair stylist and then $5 enough for the person who wash my hair? what about if they $40?

I am just amazed there are men who pay $70 for a haircut. I only pay 12$ with great results. I can't imagine my husband paying over 10$. of course, he's no girly-man.
