Your hair looks awesome! Especially the photo outside, it looks amazing! As for make-up, you would look good with your eyes done up, maybe something like this- http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/5782/... . Look up smokey eyes on Google images to get inspiration. I would have said blue eye-shadow to go with the hair, but I don't think it would suit the shade of your eyes. A dark brown eye-shadow with black mascara maybe? Experiment until you find something you like! I don't bother with any other make-up, just a bit of lip gloss.

It looks good. As for blue-make up tips, i don't think it would go with your eyes, i'de prefer to see the blue hair with green makeup to make your eyes stand out more.

As for makeup, something with more color would bring out your eyes, which are beautiful. Something like this but with a darker shade of blue:

it looks lovely. i think it'd look really nice all over aswell. like, all blue.

you could try blue eyeshadow/ heavy black eyeshadow/ black egyptian-style liquid eyeliner all round, or half pink, half blue eyeshadow. x

i think you're hot first of all. in regards to your hair color, the blue hair sporadically done throughout it looks really good when you wear something blue to match it, even that headphone cord makes it look 10 times better. but if you're just gonna have that and goth up everything else with black then i'd say dye all of your hair blue or keep all of it black.

The blue would look better if it wasn't faded out. Maybe even a little more in.

hhhhhmmmmmm..............blues and greys round the eyes but stronger shades.

I think you should experiment with eyeliners with those eyes you could could create a really stunning look.

I'm a bit jealous. People with dark complexions and eyes look great with such striking highlights. Gingas like me just look freaky.
