Not all make up is bad for your skin, and you're definately old enough to choose to wear it.

Mineral make up is best for your skin, and tends to blend very well.. if you're fair skinned, dont go to dark on eyeliner, try blue or brown

You are too young and probably too beautiful to be wearing makeup. Don't wear it. It will mess up your skin.

little bit of dark brown eyeliner and lightly colored lipgloss looks amazing, dont go too dark on either the eyeliner or lipgloss.

also never go with brown lipgloss as a blonde, just doesnt work lol!

MY MAKE UP ADVICE:

Well I'm turning 14 soon and all I use is:

Dark brown mascara and dark brown, sometimes green to match my eyes, eyeliner

I do have Physicians formula mineral powder, but I rarely rarely use that.

(TIP: Practice with mascara and eyeliner, meaning learn to blend eye liner, and get a good mascara that doesn't clump, or learn how to separate lashes yourself. Badly applied make up can ruin looks easily.)

Don't use foundation or concealer or any of that. It ages and clogs your skin up. Not to mention it doesn't always match your skin tone in every lighting-

what I mean is it may look good at home, but at school it could be too dark or light and look cakey and clownish- so my advice is just to avoid this whole mess!

Instead,

Get a good acne face wash for blemishes, drink enough water for even toned glowy skin, and take some skin vitamins instead! (I suggest GNC)

Also, eye shadow looks a bit tacky on kids our age.

Shimmery shadow that matches your skin tone is ok, but stay away from eye shadows. Like I said it looks tacky on us :P

Lip gloss is ok, but can also make some girls look a little clownish and "desperate" to look older, and I don't know, that's tacky too.

Wash your hair.
